Terms of use
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of ParcelClarity, on the web and in the iPhone app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ParcelClarity lets third-party logistics providers (3PLs) publish customer-facing rate cards and fee schedules, and lets their brand customers model what shipping will cost. Results are estimates built from the rates and files you provide. They are not a quote, an invoice or a guarantee of what a carrier or a 3PL will charge.
Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- A 3PL administrator decides who joins the workspace and what they can see. A brand customer sees only its own data.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must be authorized to act for the company you sign up for.
Subscriptions and payment
- A new 3PL workspace gets a free trial of up to 3 days with no payment details. When the trial ends you can keep viewing and exporting your data, but you cannot add new customers until you choose a plan.
- Plans (Starter, Growth and Scale) are paid subscriptions that renew automatically each month or year until canceled. The price and billing period are shown on the Billing page before you buy.
- In the iPhone app, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your device's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your ParcelClarity account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
- On the web, payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple. For web purchases, write to us.
- A plan caps how many customer accounts you can add. If a payment fails you have 7 days to fix it before adding customers is paused. We never delete your data because of a plan limit or a failed payment.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with data you are allowed to use.
- Do not try to break, probe or overload the service, get around its access controls, or look at another workspace's data.
- Do not upload malware, or personal data you do not need. Modeling does not require customer names or street addresses.
- Do not resell the service or use it to build a competing product.
Your data
You keep ownership of what you upload and enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. The software, design and name ParcelClarity remain ours.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time inside the app: Settings (or Account for customer users), then Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as limits on our liability) do so.
No warranty and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is", without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that its estimates match real charges. Check important numbers against your carrier and customer contracts. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and, where we can, tell account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: hello@stockbrandenterprises.com.
